Buying Non-stick Pans?

When we're choosing cookware, the only that concerns us the most if the quality of the nonstick cookware.

There were many questions raised regarding the safety of the nonstick cookware, especially in regards of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) (also known as C-8). It is a chemical used to bond the nonstick coating to the cookware. This chemical may have link to causing cancer, birth defects, and so on.

So, before buying any cookware, please do some research on the material and chemical used to make the cookware.
